Refund policy
At Shante, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Shante’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed. We aim to provide the best experience for our customers.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.
- Excessive or unreasonable returns may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns, and potential fraud or abuse of this policy may result in consequences.
Exchanges
- Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges at this time.
Return Process
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@shanteclothing.com or use the Contact Us form on our website. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Prepare the Item for Return: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that all tags remain attached.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as Shante is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed and reflected in your original form of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags.
- Sale items or items marked as Final Sale.
- Items that have been altered in any way.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Provide a photo of the damaged item along with your order number.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Right to Refuse Returns
- Shante reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where the product does not meet the return requirements mentioned above.
