We offer a variety of shipping options including standard and expedited shipping.  We use trusted mail carriers such as USPS.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location for the most accurate rates. 

Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. 

International Shipping
We currently only offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Sign up for our email list to be notified of when international shipping becomes available.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to keep you updated on your package’s journey.

Lost and Delayed Packages
Shante is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues. If any issues arise with your order delivery, please contact the carrier directly and they will be able to assist you.
