Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange my item?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning the item you'd like to exchange and placing a new order for the desired item. Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We’re sorry to hear you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product along with your order details to support@shanteclothing.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that damaged items outside of the 14-day return window are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How can I return an item?

Orders & Tracking

Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

What should I do if my package is missing?
If your order was marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it appears lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Please sign up for our email/SMS list to be notified of when international shipping is available.

I accidentally entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Orders are processed immediately and typically cannot be modified or canceled. However, if your order has shipped and you need to update your address, you can attempt to contact the carrier directly. Please note that making address changes can delay your delivery and may incur additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Here are the carrier-specific instructions:

  • UPS (Domestic Orders):
    Create a free My Choice UPS account to update your address.

  • USPS (Domestic Orders):
    Use USPS Package Intercept to make address changes.
